Please note: 

There may be a slight colour variation due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings. There may also be slight colour variation between batches of the same product as we sell mostly handmade products and no two pieces are exactly the same.

Refund/Return Policy

Refunds will be accepted only if 

1. Delivery of the wrong item/order, product(s) damaged or manufacturing defect which wasn't noticed  by us before packing.

2.Original packaging was damaged at the time of delivery. PLEASE PROVIDE VIDEO PROOF OF DAMAGED PACKAGING TO CLAIM REFUND.

3. The item(s) should be in its original condition being intact, unused, unworn, and unwashed, or else refund/exchange will be duly declined.

4. All refund requests have to be raised within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

 2. You will need to provide us with proof of damage so please make sure you have an unboxing video made each time you open the package.

3. Once your refund request is approved, you will need to return the damaged products with the packaging back to us. We will check the product and arrange for your refund/exchange accordingly.
